We’ll help you find window coverings that fit your space and the way you use it.
Choosing window coverings can get complicated once you start looking at the details. The blinds you like for an office may feel out of place in your living room. A wide patio door invites different options than a small bedroom window. You need to consider how each room looks, how much light comes in, and when you want privacy.
Southern Shutters and Blinds is a window treatment company in Athens, Georgia. We work with homeowners and business owners who need shutters, blinds, or shades made for their windows. Tell us which rooms you’re working on and what you wish your current window coverings did better. We’ll take a look and talk through your options, including motorized shades.
Depending on your project, we can help with:
- Plantation shutters for interior windows
- Blinds for homes and workplaces
- Roller shades for a simple, clean look
- Motorized shades for convenient operation
Choosing a window treatment company involves more than picking a product. We measure your windows, custom order the coverings, and install them with care. We also check how they look and operate once they’re in place. If something isn’t right, we want to address it before calling the work complete.
Ben, our owner, entered the window treatment industry in 1975. He went on to manage manufacturing departments and oversee commercial blind orders before starting this business. That background shapes how we approach each project, from choosing materials to checking the finished installation.
If you’re looking for a window treatment company that will take the time to understand what you want, give us a call to talk about your windows.
